Pap Smears & Cervical Screening
Routine Pap smears and cervical screening are essential for early detection and prevention of cervical cancer. We provide a calm, respectful environment for your exam, and we’re happy to walk you through what to expect if it’s your first time. Results are reviewed with you, and follow-up care is always available if needed.

Contraceptive Counselling
Whether you're exploring birth control options for the first time or looking to switch methods, we provide individualized contraceptive counselling. IUD Insertion & Removal
We offer IUD insertion and removal, all done in a private, supportive setting. During your consult, we’ll explain your options, discuss the benefits and side effects, and help you make an informed decision. If you're already using an IUD and need it removed or replaced, we’ve got you covered.
**A contraceptive counselling appointment is required prior to IUD insertion unless you have an existing prescription and bring your own IUD.

Nexplanon Insertion & Removal
Nexplanon is a small, flexible rod placed just under the skin of the upper arm that provides highly effective, long-acting birth control for up to 3 years.
During your appointment, we’ll review how Nexplanon works, discuss benefits and potential side effects, and ensure it’s the right option for you. The procedure is quick and minimally invasive, using local anesthetic to keep you comfortable throughout.
**A contraceptive counselling appointment is required prior to Nexplanon insertion unless you have an existing prescription and bring your own implant.
